You need to practice, daily.

Love to bake.

I started a blog.
Years ago.
Was I good at it?
Probably not really.
But I loved it.
I LOVED writing.
I had wanted a blog.
As soon as I knew what a blog was.
I was like “yes, that’s what I want to do.”
Meanwhile, I had never written a thing in my life.
Other than a birthday card or two.
Seriously, I had no prior experience.
But that didn’t stop me.
And, don’t let it stop you!
I cannot emphasize enough.
The need to start.
Because I promise you.
You will not get good at it.
If you don’t.
I write everyday.
In fact.
If you haven’t heard.
I just self-published a book on Amazon.

Now ask me.
If I knew how to write a book?
No, I did not.
I figured it out as I went along.
Let alone did I know.

And now I am working on my next book.
It will be totally different from my first.
See, that’s what I’m talking about!
The first step to getting anything done.
Is having the determination to make it so.
Especially when you’ve never done it before.
That’s what makes it great!
And then when you do it the second time.
You’ll be better at it.
And so on and so on.
You don’t need a certificate.
Or, some formal training.
To be a writer.
You just have to have a desire.
To write!
It’s as simple as that.
And as hard.
I read once.
If you truly want to be a great writer.
Make sure you’re a great editor as well.
I want to be a writer!
And that about sums it up!

Then write!
It’s both as easy.
And both as hard.
But there is no better feeling.
Than getting your words on paper.
