So the other day.
I moved my desk.
See, it used to face the wall.
In my office.
And the window was to my left.
And I had it like that.
For two years.
And then one day last week.
As I sat there contemplating life.
And why was I feeling so unbalanced.
I had a thought!
“Move the desk Patti!”
“Move the desk so it faces the window!”
Holy sh*t!
That was it.
And so, I moved my desk.
And just like that.
My world changed.
Literally.
And so, then I had to ask myself.
“Why did it take you two years to figure that out?”
So, how’s everyone’s summer going?
Hot enough?
As much as I adore summer.
That heat is a b*tch!
And there’s still more summer ahead.
Fall doesn’t start until September 23rd, 2023.
Of course.
The way the weather is going lately.
Who even knows if we will have a fall?
Maybe just a longer summer?
This climate change is real!
And if you are wondering.
What you will be wearing this fall.
You’re not alone.
Because I’m pretty sure.
It’s not going to be “sweater weather”.
At least not for some time.

I’ll tell you what I’ll be wearing this fall.
I plan on going out and buying.
Four or five new dresses.
And that’s what I’ll be wearing.
This fall.
I already bought a new pair of black booties.
I bought a fabulous fall coat.
From TJMaxx like five years ago.
And every fall I take it out and wash it.
And I still get compliments on it whenever I wear it.
When it comes to dressing.
My advise to you guys:
Keep it simple.
For the life of me.
I don’t understand.
Why so many women.
Have a problem wearing a dress or skirt?
I mean.
It’s so much easier than pants.
But, to each his own.
As I always say.
Whatever you wear.
Just make sure.
It makes you feel like sunshine!
