Way back when.
Back when I was in the corporate world.
You know, my previous life.
Life before I became an Entrepreneur.
I never used LinkedIn.
Like.
Never.
I think I had like 200 connections.
Maybe?
Then things changed.
I was no longer in the corporate world.
I was out on my own.
And I started my NineFrogs business in August of 2012.
And all that changed.
Now, I am what LinkedIn refers to as an “All-Star”.
What is an All-Star?
I’m not quite sure TBS.
But it sounds cool!
How times have changed.
Now.
Whenever I first meet someone for the first time.
And get to talking.
9 times out of 10.
I will ask them if they have a profile on LinkedIn.
Because, no matter what profession you are in.
YOU SHOULD HAVE A PROFILE ON LINKEDIN👈👈👈
Read that again!
YES.
DO IT!
Now ask me why?
Because, it is a great way to:
Network.
Make new connections.
Find a new job.
Find a mentor.
Make friends.
Market your business.
Get information.
Learn new things.
And so much more!
I knew when I started my business.
That I was going to really work at expanding my network on LinkedIn.
So, in May 2015.
I put my marketing plan into action!
And it worked!
It worked even better than I had planned no less.
Like fabulously so!
See, (incase you’re new here), my goal is to be internationally successful!👈👈👈
So, for me.
I decided to use LinkedIn to help me do it.👈👈👈
And so far, it’s been a smashing success!
So much so.
That, in March of 2018.
I decided to start a business page on LinkedIn.👈👈👈👈
My goal when I first started my business page in 2018.
Was to have have 5,000+ followers on my NineFrogs business page in my first year.
Only.
In one year’s time.
I had over 10,000+ followers.👈👈👈
So.
I now have over 18,000+ followers on my business page.
And over 21,000+ on my personal page.
Which comes to roughly 42,000+ combined followers.
And that number continues to grow every day!
So.
Does everyone need 21,000+ followers on LinkedIn.
No, they do not.
Because everyone else.
Isn’t doing what I’m doing.
But, there’s the thing about LinkedIn.
You never know who you could connect with.👈👈👈
You never know who might have an opportunity for you!
You never know what article you might read that could change your business.
Or. Help you land a new job!
And as I always say.
The more you put yourself out there.
The more you are giving The Universe.
Chances to give you opportunity!
And who doesn’t want more opportunities!
I don’t care if you are a:
Tattoo Artist.
Hair Stylist.
Nail Artist.
Construction Worker.
Truck Driver.
College student.
Actor.
Secretary.
Bank President.
Ballerina.
Tap Dancer.
Writer.
