“How do I look?” (10.3.16)

Get a haircut!

Try a new style while you’re at it!

Color it.

Cut it short.

For men, shave it off.

And speaking on mens’ hair.

You look 100% better bald than with the wave over thing.

Trust me.

It makes you look like 100% more handsome.

Look at The Rock and Jason Stratham!

CHICME

And while we’re talking about dressing.

Do yourself a favor.

Stop dressing like everyone else.

You don’t have to dress.

Like your friends or family.

And, you certainly don’t have to dress.

A certain way because of your age.

Listen.

You are supposed to dress.

In a way that makes you feel good AND look good.

Yes.

How do I look?

Some other suggestions for getting out of funk:

Meet a friend for lunch/dinner!

Talk a walk.

Go to the gym.

Take a long car ride listening to your favorite tunes.

Journal.

Go shopping.

Yes.

HOT MIAMI STYLES

When I’m in a funk.

I grab a cup of tea at 7-11 and walk around my local TJMAXX.

Always does the trick.

Even if all I buy is a new moisturizer.

In this day and age of all things technical;

make a playlist of songs that you love.

That inspire you.

Make you feel good.

And make you want to dance.

No sappy love songs or anything like that!

I have a playlist called GYM songs:

All songs I love, fast, and upbeat.

That have me singing in the car 😉

Music has a tremendous affect on us.

Use it to your advantage <3

TIGERMIST

There is a saying, “Garbage in, Garbage out!”

Don’t read the paper or listen to anything toxic.

These days

There is just way too much of it!

SO much negative vibes going on.

It’s hard to not feel bad or down.

So don’t.

You want to keep your mindset positive!

And your attitude HAPPY!

MISS LOLA

The world is still going to keep going.

Whether you are up-to-date with what’s going on or not.

As for me, I don’t read the paper.

On social media, unfollow, block, disconnect, whatever

You don’t need any negativity in your life.

I only want to see positive, uplifting posts.

Things that make me happy, make me smile, inspire or motivate me.

I suggest you do the same!

Call your mom, dad, brother or sister.

And if you are lucky enough, your grandma or grandpa.

Trust me.

Someone out there would love to hear from you!
