Where am I going?
Why?
If you aren’t careful.
You will go down the wrong path.
Put another way.
You will go …
Down the rabbit hole.
That you get in so deep.
You don’t even know how to get out ;-(
And, as if that wasn’t bad enough.
It knocks you back.
Five paces in the blink of an eye!
The real problem here.
As I see it.
Is a lot of people.
Can’t get back up.
After falling.
Listen.
We all fall.
The question is?
Will you get back up?
Where am I going?
Trust me.
I’ve been there.
More times than I can count.
But, I ALWAYS get back up.
I know.
Getting up again is not easy.
Let’s face it, we all have a breaking point!
Only, when you are on your path to destiny.
It is bound to be full of set-backs and failures.
Unfortunately, that’s just how life works!
Truth.
You just have keep following your path!
Never settle for mediocre
Where am I going?
When we are born.
We have vast amount of energy.
And a pretty big amount of enthusiasm towards life.
Like look at any little kid.
They never stop moving.
Seriously!
Yet, over the years.
That enthusiasm goes away.
And, unless you are quite aware of it.
Trying to catch it is a like a free fall into oblivion.
Where am I going?
There is also this thing called ‘determination”!
Again, many people lose that as well!
But, here’s the thing, it’s still in you.
You just have to work at it!
Like everyday.
It doesn’t just happen.
If you are looking to find your path.
You really need to cultivate it.
Trust me, it’s there.
Where am I going?
I’ve had my business for over eight years now.
And, I can honestly tell you.
Not a day goes by I don’t think about it.
My business.
Seriously.
Not only that.
Never an hour goes by without me thinking about it.
That’s how you know you’ve found your path.
When it absolutely consumes you.
Your thoughts, energy, time, money, etc.
My business/brand is my everything.
And everything I do.
I do for myself and my family.
Where am I going?
Now, when you first start out.
Do you think you know how consuming it will be?
Well, I can’t answer for anyone else.
Only, I can tell you for myself.
I was lost the first couple of years.
But.
As I have said before (a lot).
I had NO idea what I was doing those first couple of years.
Totally winging it!
And it worked.
Because.
People hired me for my services.
So, I was obviously doing something right!
Looking back.
I was still trying to figure out the whole ‘business’ thing.
And eventually, I did.
Again, that’s why it’s called a ‘process’.
Where am I going?
But once I got it.
In that third year.
That was it.
I was completely hooked.
Still am.
Everything I do.
In one way, shape or form.
Has to do with my business.
Or, I’m thinking about it.
What project should I do next?
Where am I going?

Be willing to take risks.
The path to your success is not a straight line.
As you will find out shortly.
Nope.
It’s a total zigzag.
And that’s okay.
That’s what it’s all about.
That’s also why a lot of folks don’t make it to the end.
They find a bus stop. “Show me the way!” (12.14.19)
And instead of making it just that, a stop.
The make it their final destination!
Where am I going?
The trick to this whole success thing.
You just have to keep at it.
Even when you don’t feel like it.
And, especially when it feels like nothing is happening.
Because, I hate to tell you.
In the beginning.
That’s what it will fell like.
Like, crickets.
And.
I know it’s hard hard.
Trust me, I KNOW, more than you know.
But, we don’t give up!
EVER!
Where am I going?
That’s my attitude these days!
Tell me I can’t.
And I’ll do it twice as hard.
That’s what you call sheer determination!
That’s what you have to have to make those big dreams come true!
And remember.
You don’t have to have EVERYTHING worked out.
Just work with what you got!
Where am I going?
Even during these trying times.
It’s easy to give up.
It’s like the easiest thing ever.
ESPECIALLY now, I mean.
What a great excuse…’I’m living in the middle of a #pandemic…yes, you are!
But, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t embrace life.
And give it all you got!
So here’s the thing.
If you are at the point of giving up.
Which many have told me they are at that point.
Please give it one more try!
The point is, NEVER give up!
I know it’s not easy.
But, it’s so worth it!
