how when someone dreams of happiness, abundance, health, romance, or friendship, they never have to wonder if it’s in their best interest?
 
But when someone dreams of a specific house, employer, love interest, deadline, dollar amount, or diet fad, they often end up contradicting themselves?
 
Keep your “end results” general, Patricia Bokowski. Everything else is just a how.

What kind of life do I want?

A happy is what most would so!

At least I would hope they would.

And yet, so many don’t.

They put everyone else on top of their list.

And put themselves on the bottom.

That’s why I say, Are you ready to sparkle?

Take the time to take care of YOU

Because YOU are SO worth IT!

That about sums it up how it works☝☝☝

Whatever you really want will come with great sacrifice.

That’s just the way it worksπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

But so worth it.

Again, yet just another reason to take care of yourself.

Since it’s pretty hard to work on those dreams running on a half-tank of gas ;-(

You need to constantly be reassessing your own mind and body.

Is everything running right?

Feeling right?

Thinking clearly?

It’s so easy to over-look when we are so ‘busy’ living.

We wake up everyday and then we are all ‘off to the races.’πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Work, meetings, kids, family, sports, social media, and everything else under the sun.

Which is why we many times we find ourselves running ragged.

Then we wonder why we feel like shit?

Or, why can’t we remember a damn thing

How many of us have walked into a room, only to forget why the hell why we even walked in there?

Sometimes we are in recovery mode.

Maybe from a breakup?

A huge life-storm (been there more times than I can count).

A sickness.

Or an accident.

Sometimes we just need to re-charge our batteries.

None of us are superman or superwoman.πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

We are humans, made of flesh. 

Flesh that needs lots of TLC.

Both our bodies AND our souls, need maintenance. ❀❀❀ 

On a regular basis.

People will spend a small fortune to fix their house or car.

I know people who lease their car for $500.00 a month.

But won’t spring $100.00 for a facial or massage.

Or, they eat crap food because they say ‘organic is too expensive.’

So, basically, you are saying your car is more important than your body?

Believe me when I tell you, you are worth the expense!πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

Even if right now you don’t have the money for a facial at a salon.

Do your own at home.

Go to the library and spend an hour wandering around the books, you never know what you might find.

Take a half hour for you boo.

And if you do have the money, invest in YOU.πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

 

 

Join a gym.

Get a massage.

Take up Zumba.

Sign up for a class you’ve always wanted to do.

Whatever it is that will fill you up and make you feel good, do that.

 

Take the time to take care of you!

And watch every effort come back to you tenfold.

That goes for your mind too.

How much inspiration do you get every day?

If you have to stop and think about it, probably not too much!

Personally.

I make sure on every social media platform I’m on.

My feed is FILLED with inspiration and motivational posts.

Because that’s how I roll.

I also like to take a break from my cell phone, Ipad and Laptop every now and then.

And actually talk to people in person.

It know it will still be there when I need it.

Find a good book and get lost in it.

Soak up some inspiration by getting some sand between your toes.

Or walking in the grass.

As I’ve written about before, Mother Nature is a great healer.

Why don’t you give her a try.

You know that feeling when you’re overwhelmed?

Like, you can’t even think straight?

That.

EVERY little thing,

You have to think about exhausts you?

That’s your body sending you.

An SOS signal that you need to shut down.

Like NOW

And, you most likely got there because you haven’t been taking care of yourself

You’ve been running on fumes and your body/mind can’t take anymore.

Don’t let yourself get to this point.

Look for the warning signs and take notice.

It’s okay to say, ‘I need a break.’

Than take one!!!

Most of us (because I like to believe we are all generous souls), are always giving and doing for others.πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Pouring our hearts and souls into our families, friend, business, career, etc.

It’s never-endingπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

That’s why it is so important to take some ‘me time’.☝☝☝

Here’s my advice to you today:

You have permission to take the time to rejuvenate your body and soul on a daily basis.πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

What kind of life do I want?

I hope you have your answer now.

It all comes down to you.

For you, to take action, today!

You were not meant to live a mediocre life.

You WERE meant to an amazing one!

Start today!
