“What did you say?” (6.3.15)

I’m everywhere, Patricia Bokowski…

In every home, sitting beside each child, and in the nervous heart of every adult, joyfully radiant. Knowing that this unfolding pandemic, like all crises, will ultimately awaken your spirit, rearrange your priorities, draw you together, and inspire an everlasting compassion.

Life is beautiful. It never ends. Fear not.

This too shall pass, Patricia Bokowski, and in its place, self-awareness like it’s never been known.

What did you say?

Remember,  your brain is listening to every word you say about yourself!

So let me ask you?

What have you been saying to yourself lately?

Are you saying nice things?

Like, you are amazing!

You are fabulous!

I am constantly blown-away by how awesome you are!

If not, you should beπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

Or, are you constantly talking negatively about yourself?

You know, those nasty things you say to yourself throughout the dayπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

Like:

you’re fat

stupid

unworthy

bad parent

poor

never going anywhere

stuck

have fat thighs

going bald

never going to find a better job

not good enough

bad with money

The list goes on and on, doesn’t it?

And it really should notπŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘

Now let me ask you a question?

How many times a day do you tell yourself that you are:

beautiful/handsome

loveable

abundant

smart

successful

worthy

powerful

wildly potent

engaging

living your best life (even if you are not)

healthy

successful

big dreamer

and so on and on…

There is a BIG difference in our words and how they make us feel, isn’t it?

Huge as a matter of fact!

Your mind hears everything you say and will reflect it back to you, both good OR bad.

There is a quote by Henry Ford that states:

β€œWhether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right!”

We believe what we tell ourselves.πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Lately, I’ve been telling myself that I am a fabulous blogger!

I might not be the BEST blogger out, there, but I’m giving it my allπŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°

So, next time you catch yourself saying something not so nice about yourself, STOP.

Remember, it is up to you to change your thoughts and beliefs about yourself.

Change your thoughts, change your life! β€œA Great Attitude Becomes a Great Day!” (8.19.2020)

There are really only two types of people, Patricia:

Those you now love.

And, those you will love.

That’s what life’s for,
