And days, harder than others.
This has been a tough week.
And at the end of the day.
All we can do.
Is hold onto one another.
And pray for a better tomorrow.

What a sad, sad, week.
There really are no words.
In a flash.
We lost nine beautiful souls.
Just like that.💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
Which once again shows us.
How fleeting life really is.
And.
It’s unfortunate.
That it takes a horrific event.
To remind us.
Life is a ticking clock.
So.
Make sure you are loving.
Who you want.
To be loving.
Everyday!
Truth!
We spend so much time worrying.
About what’s going to happen tomorrow.
Or next week, or next month.
Not giving much thought to TODAY!
I know I am guilty of it.
Running through my day.
Checking off things on my to-do list.
Too busy checking.
And.
Not enough living!
So.
As I look back over my calendar.
I realize it has been three weeks.
Since.
I did my last The Frog’s Den Digest blog?
Time is a funny thing.
It either goes too fast.
Or, too slow.
And.
Here’s a little something about today.

Start the new year off.
Rid yourself of all you been carrying.
That goes for:
People.
Relationships.
Jobs.
Where you live.
The people you surround yourself with.

All those things we picked up along the way.
When in reality.
We should have let that sh*t go a long time ago.
Let it go.
Anything that doesn’t serve you.
Now is a great time to declutter your space as well.
Let’s face it.
Most of us are home hibernating until Spring.
So.
You might as well use your time wisely.
Get rid of anything,
And.
Any body.
That doesn’t make you happy.
Yeah.
I said it!
And.
Let me tell you.
It is an extremely.
Powerful thing to do!
