For years, I always felt I had something bigger in me.
That I had a bigger purpose.
Through all my years in the corporate world.
Always had this nagging ‘something’ in me.
Saying, ‘Patti, this is good and all, but you need to be doing something much bigger.’
Of course, at the time.
I had no idea what that ‘something’ was.🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
But, I sure did know there was something there.👈👈👈
Every few years or so.
I would switch positions in the company,.
Thinking ‘maybe’ this is the “thing” I need to be complete.
Needless to say, it never happened.
I’d be happy for a while, then my ‘bigger thing syndrome’ would return.
And I’d feel totally unfulfilled 🙁
The corporate world was just not my world anymore.
I didn’t fit in.
And I didn’t want to be there.
Hated the people I was working with.
And was so ready to start my own world.
So in 2012 I took a giant leap.
And I started my NineFrogs business.
That’s when things started changing, rapidly.
I felt it.
That ‘something’ I’d been searching for for so long.
This was it!
OMG.
Could it be true?
Was this it?
Like.
I finally found it.
Took me a bit of time to find my fit.
But once I got.
Baby.
I was IN👈👈👈
Stuck in the middle with you!
That sums it up pretty well.☝☝☝
Going after your dream is neither a part-time or full-time job.
It is most definitely a LIFESTYLE.
And the funny thing, you aren’t really aware of it.
You think you’re just starting a business.
Unprepared (for most) for what’s coming next!
You start to find every decision is based on your business.
Someone told me once, in my early years, ‘that you need to eat, sleep, breathe your business.’
At the time, I didn’t really get that.🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
But shortly thereafter I did.
Because that’s where you find the magic of your business.
When your business is YOU!

You can always tell when someone is really passionate about something.
Like J.K. Rowling was when she wrote Harry Potter.
Taking all kinds of chances that it would be a hit.
Obviously not knowing.
Because no one ever knows.
Not really.👈👈👈
I mean, you hope upon hope that you’re on the right track.
But, no, you don’t really know do you?
The thing is, people who are really passionate about what they are doing?
Their eyes light up.
And their voice usually gets a little louder.
And if they’re like me, they don’t stop talking about it!
Seriously!
Stuck in the middle with you.
That’s how you know you are onto something👈👈👈
When you have that in you (which, btw, is not planted in everyone).
But if you are fortunate to have it, it’s magical.
It is life-changing.
It’s like you have been awoke like never before.
Like, you are seeing the world in a whole new light.
And the thing is, YOU are the only one who sees it.👈👈👈
Not the people around you.
Sure, they might see it in you (maybe).
But it is only the rare people who really see it in you.
Which is why.
So many people will think you are crazy.
And not afraid to tell you btw.
But, you don’t worry about them.
You have a goal so big.
You are going to have to level up so much to make it come true!

Yes, that’s the thing☝☝☝
How to bring it to fruition?
Easier said than done.
Trust me here.
You will fail.
And you will fail many times after that.
That’s part of the process ;-(
The thing is.
You can’t quit🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
And trust me.
You WILL want to quit!
But, you can’t.👈👈👈
It’s that simple.
You just need to suck it up.
And make it happen.

That’s what it’s like.
Your thought process is different.👈👈👈
And those around you will notice.
Just remember.
This goal/dream was PUT in you for a reason.👈👈👈
Because.
Otherwise.
You would be like everyone else.
And you never want to be like everyone else!
Be it God.
The Universe.
The Holy Spirit.

The Flying Nun.
Or Flying Pigs.
‘It’ was put in you for a reason.
Now you need to take ACTION everyday to make it happen!

Sure, people will tell you there is (there isn’t).
Just keep doing in your heart what feels right for you.
Consistently.
Because that’s important as well.
You can’t just show up when it’s convenient.
That spark was put in you for a reason.👈👈👈
Don’t let it go out before you go out!
