I’m at 7-11 this morning.
And I run into this woman who I see from time to time.
TBH.
I don’t know her name.
Or, who she is.
But.
She’s absolutely lovely.
And.
Always so happy to see me.
Anyway.“How can I be more confident?” (4.18.19)
I see her this morning.
We chat for a couple of minutes.
And then.
As we say goodbye.
She touches my arm.
And says: these are dark times.
Seriously?

I realize we are living in strange times indeed.
But.
Words are powerful.👈👈👈
And.
If people keep going around talking like that.
We are not going to be doing anyone any favors!
In fact.
It’s not a wonder we have a Mental Health Crisis right now!👈👈👈
A very serious one.
It’s just, no one talks about it!
Saying ‘stay safe’, is one thing.
But.
If I hear one more person say:
We are living in dark times.
Ugh.
This isn’t the stone age people!
Seriously.
Now is the time to be the light.
For those around you.
Because the world needs it.
More than ever now👈👈👈
We need to be nice to one another.
Cheer each other up as much as possible.
So, I’m just letting you know.
If you should happen to see me out and about.
Which I am everyday.
Don’t come at me with your toxic talk.
Because I’ll be having none of it!

Now is the time to have faith.👈👈👈
Whether you believe in God, Budha, The Easter Bunny or Pink Frogs…
It doesn’t matter.
What does matter in the way we encourage each other right now.
Start (if you haven’t already).
Saying encouraging words to one another.
Let’s try and lift others, and in turn.
We lift ourselves.❤❤❤
Life that ☝☝☝
What we put out comes back to us.
Put out good.
Good will come back.
And vice- versa.
I simply refuse to give into the negativity.
I refuse to wake up afraid everyday.
And, I refuse to live my life in fear.
Sure.
Is life a bit different these days.
Of course.
But, that’s what being resilient is all about.
Being able to go with the flow.
Learning.
Adapting.

This is the perfect example of it.👈👈👈
Things have changed.
Can you change with it?
COVID-19 does not define us.
We define ourselves.👈👈👈
In how we live. NineFrogs Daily:
How we treat one another.
