To the latest edition of my The Frog’s Den Digest!

And this one is extra special.

As we celebrate the return of one of my favorites – Game of Thrones!

I can hardly contain myself with all the excitement!!!

This past Sunday, we saw the return of Game of Thrones!

I have to say, I really liked the episode.

Liked, not loved.🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Anyone else feel that way after watching the premier episode?

And.

With the good.

You get the bad.

So sad.

This week we saw major devastation in Paris with the burning of the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Heartbreaking.

Such a shame, all that history, and all that beauty.

As my mother would have said, “that’s life, you take the bad with the good and the good with the bad”.

I guess she would be right.😥😥😥

She was like that, my mother.❤❤❤

Pure devastation. 😢😢😢

No words really ;-(

They say they will rebuild, but who knows how long that will take?

I believe we have all been brutally broken at one point or another.

It’s called living👈👈👈

And it happens to all of us at one point or another.

This is where I insert one of my all time favorite lines:

“Fall down seven times, stand up eight.”

We ALL fall.

Just make sure you get up!

Remember that👈👈👈

I liken myself to being a storyteller of late.

I have been realizing the more I write (these blogs).

The more stories I have to talk about.

Truth be told, I never realized how many stories I have in me.

Turns out, quite a lot!

Telling my stories, telling my truth.

That’s what blogging is all about!

It’s never easy.

I was just having a conversation with my good friend Roni today!

Telling her something I heard from someone else.

If you are trying to be very successful (in whatever thing that is).

You have to be aware that you are literally FIGHTING to be successful.

You are literally fighting through the decay of everything to make your way to success.

That’s why they say, ‘if it was easy, everyone would do it.’👈👈👈

Want to get rid of your anxiety?

Find something that consumes your soul.

Trust me.

You won’t have time to be anxious.

Because.

Whatever your ‘thing’ is.

Will take all your time and energy.

Leaving.

No time for anxiety.

So.

The next time.

Someone says to me.

How can I stop my anxiety.

I’m going to tell them.

Find what you love and let it kill you👈👈👈
