Because Summer is finally here.

We just kicked off the 4th of July Weekend.

The official start of Summer.

Well at least here in New York it is.

And we have so much to see.

So guys.

Today I’m sharing a few of my personal.

Tips on keeping your skin.

Looking absolutely fabulous this Summer.

Here’s the #1 thing.

Drink more water!

Like lots of it.

And I’m taking that advice for myself as well.

Because I am very guilty of NOT doing it enough!

Not this Summer!

Use moisturizer.

LOTS OF IT!

Especially on your face.

And I don’t care how old you are.

Start early.

I love putting it on right after I get out of the shower.

Remember, you want to keep your skin moist and dewey!

Get moving!

Anyway you can.

Exercise.

Walking.

Biking.

Zumba.

Yoga.

Tennis.

Just do something!

And try and do it at least five times a week!

Sunscreen.

The higher the better.

And try and stay.

Out of the sun as much as possible.

Unless, of course, you are at the beach. “What if?” (2.18.2021)

Just make sure you keep applying that sunscreen!

And don’t forget your hat!

What you eat.

Try eating as much fresh food as possible.

Skip pretty much anything from a box.

Pass the drive-through.

And get a bag of groceries instead.

Cost is about the same these days.

And if you do it right.

It will last longer.

Keep it happy!

Sounds kind of crazy.

Only totally true.

The happier you keep your thoughts and actions.

The better you feel.

The better you think.

The better you look.

It’s a proven fact 😉
