I hear SO MANY people.

So, let me ask you?
How do you think you can both HATE.
Your body.
And, want to lose weight?
It doesn’t work like that.
You EAT right.
Because you LOVE your body.
You drink more water.
Because you LOVE your body.
You workout.
Because you LOVE your body.
And let me remind you.
Every ‘body’ is different.
So, love the one you’re in.
And if you want to make.
Some improvements to yours.
Cool.
Do it!
Just do it with love, patience AND grace!
I’ve said this a million times.
Over the years.
You cannot give up!
No matter what!
Take a break if you need to.
Go for a walk.
Take a weekend trip.
Grab lunch with a sympathetic friend.
And tell them what you’re facing.
Just don’t give up!
Because, trust me I know.
Giving up would be the easiest thing.
