We’ve all been there.
It’s one of those mornings (or times in our lives).
When you just don’t want to get out of bed!
You feel like sh*t.
All you want to do is stay in bed.
Or, maybe it’s Monday.
And you have zero drive whatsoever.
So you grab the first thing you see.
Throw it on and run out the door.
Not caring how you look.
So I’m here to tell you:
Don’t do it.
Because, I can almost guarantee you.
You will feel like sh*t all day long!
Happens all the time.
Then you’ll walk around all day.
Saying: I can’t wait to go home!

Put a little time and effort into dressing.
Nobody is saying you need to dress up everyday.
For the love of God, please make an effort.
I promise you.
You will feel the difference.
People will treat you differently when you dress nice.
And it’s not just about HOW you dress.
It’s also HOW you treat people.
It’s ALWAYS about HOW you treat people!

Make a mental list of three things to do immediately after getting out of bed:
- Get out of bed.
- Take a shower and get ready.
- Go to gym/work/somewhere I need to be.
Park at the other end of the parking lot.
Go for a walk.
Take up belly-dancing.
It seems so simple.
Yet so few people do it!
Don’t be like everyone else.
