That’s one of the keys to self-confidence.
Amazing self-confidence I should add.
And who doesn’t want that?
How can you get amazing self-confidence you ask?
Well, you’re in luck!
Today I am sharing some of my favorites.
Favorite ‘get you there faster’ ideas.
I’m going up!
I’m going up!
I’ve written about this so many times, because it is so true!
I know I’ve said it a million times.
And I will most likely say it a million more.
When you smile.
You not only light up others.
You light up yourself as well.
And when that happens.
Over and over again.
You will feel a shift.
You will notice your affect on other people.
This happens to me pretty much on a daily basis.
Some people are so happy when they see me.
I’m not sure if it’s my hair, or my smile 🙂
And, it doesn’t even matter.
We’re all happy.
That’s when your confidence starts to soar!
And who doesn’t want that?
Believe in yourself so strongly that nothing can stop you!
So true, so true!
You Really HAVE to Believe in yourself! 👈👈👈
Like CRAZY belief!
Sounds simple enough.
You have to have belief that you can do the things you want to do.
Even if it scares the shiX out of you!
Here’s something really important to know.
Know one expects you to do it all at once.
Start doing small things.
And THEN this will lead you to the bigger things.
No one eats the whole apple in just one bit!
One thing though.
Just make sure you are doing it everyday.
Not on the days you feel like it!
That’s how I’m going up!
Do you want to soar like an eagle?
Then you need to rid yourself of everything that is weighing you down.
And one of the best ways to do that.
Stop following the crowd!
Because, let me tell you.
They aren’t going where you are going👈👈👈
Most people who are craving amazing self-confidence.
Are doing so.
Because they are on a different path then those around them.
That thing inside you.
Is the very thing you will need all that amazing self-confidence to do!
That’s kind of how it works!
Believe it or not!
Join a gym.
Whatever floats your boat!
The point is too move your body everyday!
Exercise is not only good for your body.
It’s good for your brain.
And when you start to take good care of your body.
All kinds of wonderful things happen.
And trust me, your body will thank you!
A lot of people don’t believe me when I tell them that.
You will start to FEEL better.
You will start to walk with a little “jump” in your step.
Your clothes will start to fit better.
You will start thinking clearer.
And because you are feeling better about yourself.
Your self-confidence will rise!
This is what we call a win/win in the business world!
Here’s some common sense advice!
You’ve heard the term “garbage in, garbage out!”
I’m pretty sure Oprah said that.
Think about it.
If you are taking in garbage.
In whatever form.
You know, negative talk, listening to disturbing news, hanging out with toxic people, etc.
Your chances of having amazing self-confidence are minimal at best.
Take in the positive.
Books, music, blogs, people, experiences, relationships, friends, etc.
You will notice the change.
This also includes the self-talk as well.
Only say nice things to yourself.
Your mind and body listen to every word you say.
Even those little things.
Those little things you say to yourself.
Make sure you keep those positive as well.

Affirmations are a fabulous tool to gain amazing self-confidence.

Find a few that really move you. 👈👈👈

I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase.
You know the one that says:
“you are the sum of the five people you surround yourself with.”
There’s a reason for that.
If you are surround yourself with unmotivated, toxic, and negative people.
Chances of you raising your self-confidence are slim.
Surround yourself with positive, goal-oriented, and motivated individuals.
And watch your self-confidence soar.👈👈👈
If you can’t find any of those people just yet.
Don’t be afraid to go it alone.
And, here’s another thing.
Don’t be afraid to like it!👈👈👈
On your quest to get to the top.
Make sure you take some time every day to do the things YOU love.
What do YOU love?
As for Me?
I love watching TMZ at night.
I love getting my nails done.
AI loved getting a pedicure.
I LOVE shopping at TJMaxx and The Dollar Store.
I love watching a good movie.
I love DDD on Friday nights.
I love a good chardonnay.
I love going to the gym.
Okay, I’m not going to lie.
I don’t LOVE going to the gym.
But, I go because it’s good for me.
I love getting together with a friend for dinner and drinks.
I love spending time with my kids.
Even though they are in their twenties.
The still love hanging out with me.
So, you get the point.
There are a lot of things I like to do.
Outside of my work.
And I believe that’s a very healthy way to be!
Some people asked me for suggestions, so here you go:
Read a book.
Get a massage.
Listen to some awesome music.
Go to lunch with a good friend.
Take up yoga (I’m thinking of doing this one myself).
Get a facial.
Give yourself a facial (taking care of your skin is vitally important for both men and women).
Spend some time with your family.
Especially the ones you don’t get to see too often (they love you too).
And don’t forget.
Those important daily grooming things.
Like; your hair, your nails, and unwanted hair growth (that’s why they sell those grooming tools).
Let’s face it.
When we feel good about ourselves. NineFrogs Daily:
When we like what we see in the mirror.
That’s helps our self-confidence grow immensely.
The point is.
Do something good for you everyday.
Even if it’s just for a few minutes.
Life is all about taking chances.👈👈👈
One of the surest ways to step up your self-confidence game.
Is to step OUT of your comfort zone.
And yes, I know, it makes you uncomfortable.
That’s the point.👈👈👈
These days I am making TikTok videos.
I’m still uncomfortable with it.
I do it anyway.
What is something you can do today to get you one stop closer to where you want to be?
Now do it!👈👈👈
You knew I had to put this on my list!
Looking your best is so important for your self-confidence!
It is extremely hard to have amazing self-confidence if you are walking around looking like shix!
And if that is the case, you probably feel like shix too!
And it doesn’t mean you have to be “all dressed up”.
You can look fabulous in a t-shirt and a pair of jeans.
It’s all how you put it together.
Here’s a hint, don’t walk around in your slippers and pjs!
Look your best!
Take pride in how you look.
Be meticulous with your image.
From your hair to your shoes, and everything in between.
That includes your body language.
Keep your vibe high.
Once you start doing that.
You will notice a big difference in your life.
And the people you start to attract into it.👈👈👈
