Dear Patricia Bokowski! 
Your fears are ebbing, your confidence is rising, and proof that I exist can now be felt in your touch by loved ones, found in your smile by friends, and seen in your countenance by strangers.
Everything, for you, will now begin getting easier, happier, and zippier.

How will you get there?

You know, there.

That place you work at everyday to get to!

So, let me ask you?

Do you put your best foot forward daily?

That’s one of the keys to self-confidence.

Amazing self-confidence I should add.

And who doesn’t want that?

How can you get amazing self-confidence you ask?

Well, you’re in luck!

Today I am sharing some of my favorites.

You know.

Favorite ‘get you there faster’ ideas.

I’ve written about this so many times.

Because it is so true! 



I know I’ve said it a million times.

And I will most likely say it a million more.

When you smile.

You not only light up others.

You light up yourself as well.  

And when that happens.

Over and over again.

You will feel a shift. 

It’s a real catch-22.

You help them feel good.

They help you feel good.

And who doesn’t want that?

Soon enough,.

You will notice your affect on other people. 

This happens to me pretty much on a daily basis.

I swear.

Some people are so happy when they see me.

I’m not sure if it’s my hair, or my smile πŸ™‚

And, it doesn’t even matter.

I smile.

They smile.

We’re all happy.

That’s when your confidence starts to soar!

And who doesn’t want that?

Believe in yourself so strongly that nothing can stop you!

So true, so true! 

You Really HAVE to Believe in yourself! πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

Like CRAZY belief!

Sounds simple enough. 



You have to have that belief.

That you can do the things you want to do.

Even if it scares the shi*t out of you!  


Here’s something really important to know.

Know one expects you to do it all at once.


Start doing small things.

And THEN this will lead you to the bigger things. 


No one eats the whole apple in just one bit!


Here’s the rub.

Just make sure.

You are doing it everyday.

Not on the days you feel like it!


Planting seeds daily.

Do you want to soar like an eagle?

Then you need to rid yourself of everything.

That is weighing you down.

And one of the best ways.

To do that.

Is to.

Stop following the crowd!



Let me tell you. 

They aren’t going.

Where YOU are going.πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ


Trust me.

Most of them are lost.


Just following the herd.

Here’s the thing.

Most likely.

That thing inside you.

That yearning.

Is the very thing.

You will need.

All that amazing self-confidence to do!

That’s kind of how it works!

Without self-confidence.

You aren’t going anywhere, fast.

That is for sure!





Join a gym. 

Go Zumba.  


Whatever floats your boat!

The point is too move your body everyday! 

Exercise is not only good for your body.

It’s good for your brain.  

And when you start to take good care of your body.

All kinds of wonderful things happen. 

And trust me, your body will thank you!

A lot of people don’t believe me.

When I tell them that.




You will start to FEEL better.  

You will start to walk with a little β€œjump” in your step.  

Your clothes will start to fit better. 

You will start thinking clearer. 

And because.

You are feeling better about yourself.

Your self-confidence will rise!

This is what we call:

A win/win in the business world!

Here’s some common sense advice!

You’ve heard the term:

“garbage in, garbage out!”

I’m pretty sure Oprah said that.

Think about it.

If you are taking in garbage.

In whatever form.

You know.

Negative talk.

Listening to the news all day.

Hanging out with toxic people, etc.

Your chances of having amazing self-confidence.

Are minimal at best.

So, get rid of all of it.

You will definitely notice.

A mind-shift!

So instead.

Take in the positive.

Books, music, blogs, people, experiences, relationships, friends, etc.

You will notice the change.

This also includes the self-talk as well.

Only say nice things to yourself.

Your mind and body listen to every word you say.

Even those little things.

You know.

Those little things you say to yourself. 

Make sure you keep those positive as well.

Affirmations are a fabulous tool.

To gain amazing self-confidence.

You can Google it.

Here I’ve listed a few of my favorites:

“Everyday, in every way, I get better and better and better!”

I am a love magnet, I am an opportunity magnet, I am a health magnet, and I am a wealth magnet. 

I am a successful ____________ overflowing with abundance, love and happiness!

I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase.

You know the one that says:

“you are the sum of the five people you surround yourself with.”

There’s a reason for that. 

If you are surround yourself with.

Unmotivated, toxic, and negative people.

Chances of you raising your self-confidence are slim.


Surround yourself with positive.

Goal-oriented, and motivated individuals. 

And watch your self-confidence soar.πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ


If you can’t find any of those people just yet.

Don’t be afraid to go it alone.

And, here’s another thing.

Don’t be afraid to like it!


It’s addictive.

On your quest to get to the top.

Make sure you take some time every day.

To do the things YOU love.

What do YOU love?

As for Me?

I love watching TMZ at night.

I love getting my nails done.

I LOVE shopping at TJMaxx and The Dollar Store.πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ›’

I love watching a good movie.

I love DDD on Friday nights.

I love a good chardonnay.

I love going to the gym.

Okay, I’m not going to lie.

I don’t LOVE going to the gym.

But, I go because it’s good for me.

I love getting together with a friend for dinner and drinks.

I love spending time with my kids.

Even though they are in their twenties.

The still love hanging out with me.

So, you get the point.

There are a lot of things I like to do.

Outside of my work.

And I believe that’s a very healthy way to be!

What do you like to do?

Here are some suggestions:

Read a book. 

Get a massage. 

Listen to some awesome music. 

Go to lunch with a good friend. 


Take up yoga (I’m thinking of doing this one myself). 

Get a facial.


Give yourself a facial if you’re on a budget.

Spend some time with your family.

Especially the ones you don’t get to see too often.

And don’t forget.

Those important daily grooming things.


Your hair.

Your nails, and unwanted hair growth.

Let’s face it.

When we feel good about ourselves. NineFrogs Daily:

When we like what we see in the mirror.

That adds to our self-confidence.

The point is.

Do something good for you everyday. 

Even if it’s just for a few minutes.

I’m still not comfortable with it.


I do it anyway.

To get you one stop closer.

To where you want to be?
