“How to stop anxiety!” (7.13.19)

Patricia Bokowski, the following is NOT wishful thinking, it’s the simple truth:
Once you form a desire for something to have or experience in your mind, it becomes a reality in the world of thoughts. Then, because THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS… that reality immediately goes to work looking for expression somewhere in your vicinity. To help this expression, understand that your job has already been done and that it’s time to let the Universe take over.
This doesn’t mean do nothing, but it does mean that you can stop worrying, stop calculating, and stop second-guessing, so that you can begin listening to the Universe through your own hunches and intuition.

How to stop anxiety!

First thing.

Breath.

Second thing.

Stop thinking about tomorrow!

Yes, don’t do that.

And if you need a break.

Take one!

If need be for.

A week.

Maybe even a month.

Whatever it is you need, do it.

Then get back to it!๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

ASAP!!!

That’s the thing about pursuing your dreams.

It starts with you.

Inside

Your job.

To be the BEST version of yourself.

That’s your competition.

That’s why people get anxious.

Or, at least one way.

They are so busy looking, and measuring what they’re doing compared to others.

Don’t be one of those people.

#dontgiveup

“Don’t give up.”

How many blogs have I written on that subject?

Why?

Because I see so many people who do.

And I think many due because of their anxiety.

Pursuing your dreams is hard work.

But, that’s no reason to jump ship.

So, today.

Let’s take a deep breath.

And.

Calm your anxieties.๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰

#keepgoing

You might want to print that out and keep it in your desk drawer. โ˜โ˜โ˜

And the next time you feel like giving up (because you will).

Or.

Feeling anxious about the future.

Take it out and read it!๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Far too many people have this idea that they are going to start a business.

And three years later, they are going to be millionaires.

Or, they start a business.

Simply to become a millionaire.

And then are desperate.

Disappointed.

Heartbroken.

When they aren’t.

How many over-night successes have we heard about?

People will say they are an over-night success.

When in reality,.

It took them twenty years to get that success!

I’m sharing a line from one of my favorite movies: Apollo 13

Failure is not an option!๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

“A mind is like a parachute, it doesn’t work if it is not open.” / Frank Zappa

When you are on your path to destiny.

You need to keep your mind open to new ideas and opportunities.

Because, you never know when a great one is going to come along.

And you don’t want to miss is because you weren’t open to it.

It’s true.

There are a lot of people going no where fast.

Personally, I rarely talk about my business.

Because.

I have learned from personal experience.

Most people can’t appreciate what I am doing.

And.

If I happen to have a conversation with one of those kind of people.

You know.

The ‘non-believer’ kind as I like to call them.

They will typically say something like, “So are you a millionaire yet?”

Or.

“Why don’t you just get a job?”

It’s so much easier.

Because.

See.

They don’t get it.

They don’t see the big picture like you do.

And.

As far as I see.

These people.

Are.

Going no where fast!

Here’s a great quote I found that I really like.

Kind of sums it all up:

When you’re lost in the Wild, and you’re scared as a child,

And Death looks you bang in the eye,

And you’re sore as a boil, it’s according to Hoyle

To cock your revolver and . . . die.

But the Code of a Man says: “Fight all you can,”

And self-dissolution is barred.

In hunger and woe, oh, it’s easy to blow . . .

It’s the hell-served-for-breakfast that’s hard.

“You’re sick of the game!” Well, now, that’s a shame.

You’re young and you’re brave and you’re bright.

“You’ve had a raw deal!” I know — but don’t squeal,

Buck up, do your damnedest, and fight.

It’s the plugging away that will win you the day,

So don’t be a piker, old pard!

Just draw on your grit; it’s so easy to quit:

It’s the keeping-your-chin-up that’s hard.

It’s easy to cry that you’re beaten — and die;

It’s easy to crawfish and crawl;

But to fight and to fight when hope’s out of sight —

Why, that’s the best game of them all!

And though you come out of each grueling bout,

All broken and beaten and scarred,

Just have one more try — it’s dead easy to die,

It’s the keeping-on-living that’s hard.

Robert William Service

It’s like that saying:

Be persistent with your goals.

But flexible in your ways to get there.

I’ve written about my own struggles along my path to my empire.

Because that’s what I am building.๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Actually, I’ve had so many struggles along the way.

I have to stop and give myself credit for sticking with it.

See, that’s determination.

That’s dedication.

That’s also a lot of anxiety.๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰

But. NineFrogs โ€œQuote of the Dayโ€!

I have this amazing determination.

That.

I am going to make thing happen, or die trying.

Exactly.

Remember that!

You did not come this far just to come this far!

How to stop anxiety.

Stop.

Breathe.

Keep going!
