So, these past few months.
I have been feeling extremely stuck.
I wasn’t sure why?
I tried doing a variety of different things.
To help me get un-stuck.
Unfortunately, none of them worked.
Then last weeked.
As I was sitting at my desk.
I had a lightbulb moment.
“Move your desk” my brain said to me.
See, I moved a couple of years ago.
And when we put the desk in the office.
We put it so that the window was to my left.
And the wall was in front of me.
It made perfect sense at the time.
Only two years later.
Not so much.
So I called my son.
And asked him to come over after work.
And move my desk for me.
He asked me why we need to move the desk?
I guess from his perspective.
I told him ‘mommy is feeling stuck.
And I feel this might help.”
He must have thought “what’s the big deal”?
But being that he’s a good son, he agreed.
So, he came over after work.
And moved my desk.
Took him all of less than five minutes.
But, as soon as he moved the desk.
I felt a shift of energy in my office.
I know that sounds crazy.
But I’m telling you.
I could feel it.
Of course.
In moving of the desk.
Various files, papers and God-Knows what else.
Went flying around.
My son went to start cleaning.
But I told him don’t worry about it.
That I’ll handle all that in the morning.
The next morning.
After a little tidying and organizing.
My office looked great.
And that feeling of being stuck.
Was gone!
In fact, that day I got a new client.
Out of the blue.
Just like that.
Life is like that.
Sometimes the smallest changes.
Can make the biggest differences.
In our lives.
So, if you’re feeling stuck these days.
Look around your surroundings.
And see what you can move?
It might make all the difference in the world!
