Best I can figure, Patricia Bokowski, the reason some get down-and-out, lose motivation, and watch too much TV is that they’ve somehow forgotten just how fast things can change, and they’ve yet to discover just how good they can get.

How can I think Happy?

Even in the middle of a #pandemic 😷😷😷

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been doing some of my best work over the last few months.

Pandemic or not.

That’s the kind of positive mindset you need to have in order to have a HAPPY DAY!

Another way to have a Happy Day👆👆👆

Every morning that you wake up, you have two choices.

One, is to be HAPPY!

Two, is NOT to be Happy!

It’s that simple.👈👈👈

Now, here’s the things.

Many people didn’t wake up this morning.

Ever think about that?

As if you needed another reason to be happy.

So, decide today is going to be a happy day 😉

I think a lot of people get lost and lose their purpose.

Thus, losing their happiness along the way.👈👈👈

When you feel like you have no purpose, it’s hard to be happy.

Also, feelings of feeling powerless come in.

And NO BODY is feeling happy if they are feeling powerless.👈👈👈

So, first order of business, is getting your power back.

And how do you do that you ask?

You simply TAKE IT BACK👈👈👈

The people who you surround yourself with.

The work you do.

Your personal surroundings (ie. your home).

The things you do for fun.

The places you frequent the most.

The people you follow online.

All of it.

All of it, it either creates your happiness.

Or, takes away your happiness.

Choose wisely.

Want more happiness in your life?

Add more things that make you happy!

When’s the last time you went on a bike ride?

When’s the last time you had a zoom call with someone you love?

Or took a drive to somewhere special you like?

Basically, when’s the last time you really did anything just FOR YOU?

If you can’t remember, put that on your to-do list for next month!

October 1st is tomorrow!

New month!

New opportunities!

New beginnings!

So what amazing things are you going to make happen next month?

And if you don’t know that answer, now is the time to think about it.

Then, make it happen!

Possessing a good sense of humor goes a long way.

Especially these days.

And if you have the ability to make those around you laugh.

We need more of that more than ever these days.

When you make others laugh, that expotentially makes you 10x happier!

Is that really true?

I don’t know.

I just made that up.

But I bet I just made you laugh, haha 😉

Brush your teeth.

Comb your hair.👆

Take care of your skin. Make moisturizer your best friend!

Put on something nice that makes you feel amazing👆

Maybe a splash of cologne or perfume.👆

FYI, we all love when you smell nice!

The point is, just because we are living in a pandemic.

Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take care of yourself.

In fact, if anything, it is more important than ever before!

Plus, it makes it so much nicer for those around you!

I have found, one of the surest ways to find your happiness, is to follow your passion.

If you are waking up everyday to go to a job you hate, you are setting yourself for a lifetime of misery.

You have to find something that sets your soul on fire.👈👈👈

And then once you find that direction, never give up!

For there, not only will you find your happiness.

Be confident.

Love the F out of yourself.

Too many of our days are wasted comparing ourselves to others.

And downplay your weaknesses.

Just remember.

And once you accept that, you will truly succeed!

This is what it comes down to.

Be confident.

Truly confident in who you are.👈👈👈

Stand up for yourself and your beliefs.

Don’t let anyone take advantage of you.

Be willing to fight for what is yours.

Make sure you are doing what you love.

Otherwise, you are wasting your time.

Everyone wants to be a rock star.

Yet few are willing to pay the price.

Remember to live each day to it’s fullest!

Whether it’s a Monday.

Or a Friday.

Even in the middle of a pandemic.👈👈👈

You owe it to yourself to be HAPPY!
