Yeah, I know it sounds like a good idea to the new-agers, god-squads, and holy-rollers to turn all things over to “the Universe,” but Iโ€™m a little concerned that something important has been lost in translation.

Everyone is looking for one!

And, I mean everyone!

How do you have one?

About a million different ways quite honestly.๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Today.

I’ve put together a short list of some of my go-to tips ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Smile – even if you have to fake it.

The simple act of smiling will make you feel better.

Double bonus if you share your smile with everyone around you!

Dress Your Best – I cannot emphasize this one enough.

Before you step out your door in the morning.

Take a quick look in the mirror and ask yourself.

Is this the image I want to show the world today?

Looking and feeling your best.

Are signs of self-confidence.

And.

When you have self-confidence.

You can do things you never would have imagined!

Like pursue all those dreams you have!๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Make eye contact – this is so important.

If you are looking to build trusting relationships.

Look people in the eye.

Both when listening and talking.

People want to be heard.

And not just with your ears.

Compliment others – Dale Carnegie spoke about if often in his writings.

Of the simple act of complimenting others.

In that not only do you get to make another’s day.

And make them feel better.

You receive the residual affect of feeling better for the act of doing it.๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Read that again!

Yes.

YOU will feel better.

Because YOU got to make someone else’s day!

Wear lipstick – even if it’s Chapstick.

Seriously.

Exercise daily – as in move as much as you can in every single day!

Move.

Stretch.

Walk.

Take the stairs.

It is vital to your well-being to get up and move!๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Side note:

This is one of the quickest ways people start to feel ‘old’.

They stop moving.

Don’t let that be you!

Hug someone – whether it’s a tree or your grandmother!

Be it your significant other.

Your kids or your pet.

It’s good for your heart and your soul.

Stay away from toxic people – and you know who I’m talking about!

Those individuals who suck the life right out of you.

The people who are negative.

Criticize.

And make you feel bad.

You’re not going to change them.

So best to either stay way from them.

Or limit your time with them to a minimum.๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

And.

Last.

But.

Not.

Least.

Be genuine – in everything you do.

With everyone you come into contact with.

Both personal and business.

There is nothing worse than a fake.

And.

Most people can smell one a mile away.

Be genuine with your acts, words, smile and feelings.๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

That’s how you find…your.
