Someone asked me the other day?

How do I keep such a positive attitude?

And keep smiling that beautiful smile?

My answer: Simple. I decide everyday to be happy.

It’s really that simple 😉

I think too many of you are over-thinking it.

You look at all the things.

Going on in the world.

And think, how can I be happy?

If that’s you?

You need to change your mindset.

Like now.

And turn the frown 🙁

Happiness that is!

I have a business that I love <3

Which is extremely important to me..

I surround myself with people.

Who make me feel like sunshine.

Also, extremely important ✔✔✔

And I do the things that I love.

Like going to the gym.

Ok, I don’t love going to the gym.

Only I know it’s good for me.

So I do it anyway.

I love getting my nails done.

And getting a pedicure.

Shopping!

I love to shop 🛍🛍🛍

Target

My top three favorites!

And spending time.

With my family.

These things bring me happiness!

Pretty much!

I think that sums it up perfectly.

And having that kind of attitude.

Will make you happy as well.

It’s called ‘owning your power’.

Ask me why?

The perfect recipe for happiness.

Just relax.

Work towards your goals.

Stay private.

Work on you.

Less drama.

Less bs.

More peace.

More happiness.

Ask me why?

Most women I know.

We’ve been through hell.

But we keep going.

And, with a smile on our face!

Remember that.

It’s very easy these days.

To lose yourself.

With all that noise out there.

Because if you lose yourself.

You might go down the f’ing rabbit hole.

And that’s a tough one to come out of.

So, don’t let yourself even come close to it.

Center yourself.

And carry on!

Stop waiting for happiness.

It’s not going to come knocking.

On your front door.

Go out and grab it.

And never let it go!

And for the love of God.

DO NOT PUT THE KEYS TO YOUR HAPPINESS.

IN SOMEONE ELSE’S POCKETS!

Like seriously!

YOU are not vanilla.

And everyone is not going to like you.

That’s right.

Own that sh*t.

I know I do.

Trust me.

Everyone isn’t for me.

And vice versa.

And I am perfectly fine with that.

I love my small circle <3

Ask me why?

One of the top reasons.

For unhappiness.

Because.

You’ve over-stayed.

Maybe it’s your job?

Your relationship?

Friends?

Where you live?

Whenever it stops feeling right.

Then you know.

You’ve outgrown it.

I’ll give you the perfect example.

I started working in Cablevision’s Flight Department in 2001.

And it was thrilling, amazing, and life-changing for me.

But, by 2006.

It wasn’t.

And I was ready to move on.

Only, anytime I brought up the fact.

That I wanted to get a new job in the company.

Someone would always say:

“You can’t leave the Flight Department.

That’s like the coolest job ever.”

And, I would stay.

Still not happy.

And then, of course.

It all came to a screeching halt in 2010!
